This package includes both the customized 21 day cleanse program and prepared meals tailored to your bio-individual needs: Resetting and restoring your body’s ecology will get you on the fast track to reaching your health goals and feeling energized and rejuvenated. Cleansing your body from toxins and waste elevates your mood and clears your mindset. Your 21-day program is customized to fit your body’s needs based on the health assessment document you fill out and send back to me. All bodies operate differently based on bio-individuality. Factors like your blood type, ancestry, past and current state of health will determine your nutritional needs. Our bodies are innately capable of healing based on epigenetics, meaning that our food and lifestyle choices determine what genes we turn on or off. We will meet once a week to set intentions and review progress you have made to ensure it is long lasting. You will receive my e-book cleanse protocol that contains all the information you need to sustain your new healthy habits once the program is complete.
